Introduction
YL-1357A Industrial Robots Electrical Control and Fault Diagnosis Training Device mainly consists of a four-axis parallel high-speed robot, a robot controller, a conveyor belt, a robot bracket, a vision system, etc. Its main operation function is that the four-axis parallel robot and the vision system are perfectly matched through Ethernet communication, thus realizing the high-speed transportation, sorting and finishing of workpieces with different arrangement forms of products.
It is designed according to the standard of real industrial robot electrical control system, and it is mainly configured sa: one STEP industrial robot controller, six servo drivers, four types of servo motrors,safety logic control unit, I/O signal board, fault setting module, electrical control training platform,teaching device, etc.
